What can I do when the CREDENTIALS doesn't work?
GOSPLIT will verify the account and password submitted by the subscription owner before sharing the subscription, and only after the verification is completed can you join in the sharing.
Therefore, if you encounter incorrect or invalid information in the CREDENTIALS section, it may be due to the following reasons:
1) There is an error in your network environment status, please check it;
2) The subscription owner changed the CREDENTIALS after submitting for verification.
You can solve this problem in two ways:
1) Go to the SUBSCRIPTION page and click "X" as shown in the figure below to provide feedback to GOSPLIT's verification team for rechecking the validity of the CREDENTIALS;
2) Ask the subscription owner for specific reasons and evidence in the group provided by GOSPLIT. (Please note that GOSPLIT is a platform for sharing subscriptions among owners and co-subscribers, and the owner is a normal user, not a professional seller. The response time of the owner may vary from 5 to 24 hours, please be patient.)
