What is the use of getting an icon?
The icon will be displayed to potential cosubscribers, and groups with an icon are given priority during the purchase process, making your group more competitive!
How long is the icon valid? Why is there an expiration date?
The icon is valid for 30 days from the time you receive it. After 30 days, you will need to resubmit proof of purchase to renew your icon. Since we are a platform that sells subscription sharing on a monthly basis, to facilitate subscription sharing between cosubscribers and subscription owners, we need to ensure the validity of the icon through invoice verification to simplify the selection process for cosubscribers. Therefore, whether you purchase an annual or a permanent package, you must upload an invoice every 30 days to renew your icon.
What counts as a valid invoice?
The proof you submit must include: subscription type, package, amount, purchase time, and validity date.

The invoice usually contains: package, amount, purchase time, validity time, and may include the email of the purchasing account.

Under what circumstances can you submit an invoice or transaction record to get an icon?
Your subscription must be owned by you, currently active, match the package of the sharing group, have a billing country identical to the country you selected on GoSplit, and be an official subscription purchased from the service provider.
Will my invoice be visible to other users?
We require you to upload your invoice solely for the purpose of manually determining your eligibility for the icon. Once you receive the icon, we will only display your icon to other potential cosubscribers and will not publicly display your invoice or transaction records.
